1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to make a purchase on the Website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. PRODUCTS
We sell red light therapy devices and personal wellness products. All product descriptions, images and specifications are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or update any product at any time without prior notice.
The products sold on this Website are wellness and personal-care devices. They are NOT medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have any pre-existing medical condition.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
- All prices are displayed in the currency selected and include applicable VAT where required.
- Prices may change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase confirmation.
- We accept payment via PayPal, major credit/debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout (including Wintopay / LianLian Pay).
- Your order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure or stock unavailability.
4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & SHIPPING
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgment of receipt, not acceptance of the order. The contract is formed only when we dispatch the product.
- Estimated shipping times are displayed at checkout and depend on your region.
- Cherrycom Worldwide SL is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities or force majeure events.
- Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.
- Customs duties or import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
6. WARRANTY
All products sold on the Website are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity provided under EU consumer-protection law (Directive (EU) 2019/771). The warranty period is two (2) years from the date of delivery. Damage caused by misuse, accident or unauthorized repair is not covered.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Website - including text, graphics, logos, photographs, brand names ("Katalyst", "Katalyst Action"), product designs and source code - is the exclusive property of Cherrycom Worldwide SL or used under valid license. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without our prior written consent is prohibited.
8. USER CONDUCT
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
- Upload viruses, malicious code or harmful content;
- Use the Website in any way that may damage, disable or impair its operation;
- Resell our products without our prior written consent.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cherrycom Worldwide SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or its products.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and protect your personal data in compliance with GDPR.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Website with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent Courts and Tribunals of Toledo, Spain, except where applicable mandatory consumer-protection law grants the consumer the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
