  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days
  • Processing Location: Our fulfillment center processes orders Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Order Modification: You may modify or cancel your order within 48 hours of placement. After this period, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be changed.
Important Note
Orders are processed in our fulfillment center before being handed to our international shipping partner. During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.

Example: For US orders, expect 8-15 total business days from order to delivery (1-3 days processing + 7-12 days shipping)

We handle all customs clearance and import duties on your behalf. Your package will clear customs smoothly without any additional payment required.

Tracking Not Updating?
  • Allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to activate
  • International shipments may have limited updates during customs clearance
  • If no update after 5 business days, contact our support team
Shipping Protection
Lost or Damaged Packages
We've got you covered.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund
  • Damaged Packages: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we'll send a replacement or refund
  • Stolen Packages: If marked as delivered but not received, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier

Returns & Exchanges
Return Shipping
We cover return shipping costs.

If you need to return an item:

  1. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label
  1. Pack the item securely and drop off at any postal location
  1. Once received, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days

Important Information
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us within 48 hours of ordering.
Customs & Import Restrictions
While we handle all duties and taxes, some countries may have import restrictions on certain items. If customs holds your package due to local regulations, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
