RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on katalystaction.com (the "Website"), operated by Cherrycom Worldwide SL.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (30-DAY RETURN WINDOW)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within thirty (30) days from the date you received the product, without giving any reason. To remain eligible for a return, the product must be:

  - Unused, undamaged and in its original condition;
  - Returned with its original packaging, accessories and any free gifts;
  - Free from any signs of wear, scratches, or odors.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
  - Products that have been used, opened or unsealed;
  - Items damaged through misuse, accident or improper handling;
  - Customized or personalized products;
  - Gift cards.

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Please do NOT ship any product back without prior authorization. Doing so may delay or invalidate your refund.

  Step 1: Email our support team at support@katalystaction.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
  Step 2: Our team will reply within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address. Return addresses vary depending on the product and your region.
  Step 3: Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. We strongly recommend retaining the tracking number.

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  - If the return is due to a defective, damaged or incorrect product, Cherrycom Worldwide SL will cover the return shipping cost.
  - If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

5. REFUND PROCESSING

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  - Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  - Depending on your payment provider and bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
  - Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact support@katalystaction.com within 7 days of delivery, attaching:
  - Your order number;
  - Clear photos of the product, the damage and the packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they enter the fulfillment process. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the standard return procedure above.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights granted to consumers in their country of residence.
